Unsworth Properties is a locally owned family business with friendly staff. Between the maintenance staff on duty Monday through Friday, and an answering service for evenings and weekends, 24/7 emergency communication is available to all tenants.
OUR APPLICATION PROCESS: A security deposit will cancel all upcoming showings and will hold the apartment until the application is processed. The application is a credit report and references. A $25.00 (per person) application fee is required with the application and is non-refundable. If the application is denied, the security deposit is returned 100%. If the applicant is approved and changes their mind, we will deduct from the security deposit the amount of time lost from rental showing and administration time.
